Current Open Positions
We hire for a variety of roles throughout the year. Some positions are seasonal, while others offer year-round employment. We are currently accepting applications for the following:
Landscape Crew Member (Full-Time / Seasonal)
Assist with grading, planting, mulching, and lawn installation
Operate hand tools and small power equipment
Support irrigation and sod installation crews
Follow safety guidelines and team direction
Experience preferred but not required
Hardscape Installer
Build retaining walls, patios, walkways, and stone steps
Operate skid loaders, saws, and compactors
Read and follow site plans and grades
Requires physical strength and construction knowledge
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Shoreline Restoration Assistant
Install riprap, erosion control materials, and shoreline plantings
Assist with grading, lifting stone, and setting natural access paths
Comfortable working on slopes and waterfronts
Training provided
Snow Removal Operator (Winter Season)
Plow driveways, parking lots, and walkways
Operate snow blowers and salting equipment
On-call availability required during snow events
Valid driver’s license required
Competitive hourly rate with bonus potential

Training & Growth Opportunities
Don’t know how to operate a skid loader or install a retaining wall? No problem.
We train new employees on:

- Proper planting and grading techniques
- Drainage and irrigation systems
- Hardscaping tools and materials
- Shoreline stabilization practices
- Snow removal equipment operation
If you’re willing to work hard and learn, we’ll invest in your development. Many of our crew leads started as entry-level team members and grew with us over time.
